Because products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns. 

We cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders except for those with quality issues. Orders are non-refundable unless they meet these requirements and you provide support with a photograph demonstrating the quality issue. 

Quality Guarantee

We want to make sure you love our products, and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the product on a flat, well-lit surface and include this in your email to us at info@adventurecrafted.com.

Shipping & Delivery

When will I receive my order?

It generally takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
The shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are:  

USA: 3-​4 business days  
International: 5-15 business days 

Production and shipping may vary by product – check the product description for the most accurate estimated delivery times (USA only). But please note that delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.

Why is my order split into more than one shipment?

In some cases, products from the same order may be fulfilled at different facilities by our production partner, which means they’ll be shipped separately. For example, stickers and t-shirts are often fulfilled at different facilities and will be shipped separately.

You will receive tracking information by email for each shipment once they are shipped out.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! So depending on where you are located, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

What do I need to know about ordering internationally?

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees.

We highly recommend including your phone number in the order especially when ordering internationally - this will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive an email with tracking information when your order ships out.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package. 
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. 

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@adventurecrafted.com with your order number. 

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense.

How are your products made?

Linny illustrates all of the designs by hand. The designs are then digitalized and uploaded to our shipping and fulfillment partner for production.

Every product is made to order. We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

What are your wash care instructions for apparel products?

Printed apparel (DTG)

Our products are printed using the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology. We use high-quality inks that won't fade for a long time if taken care of properly.

Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.

Follow these instructions to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.

Embroidered apparel

Embroidered apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. You can use a small amount of chlorine bleach, but non-chlorine is safer.

If you notice any color residue in water, rinse the garment in lukewarm water and then in cold several times, but try not to rub any stained embroidery. Embroidered clothing can also be dry-cleaned.

After washing, don't leave the clothing to soak or lie in a pile while wet. Don't wring out the items, but if you want to tumble-dry them, use a cool air setting.

If the garment needs ironing, do it inside-out, preferably between two pieces of cloth. You shouldn't wet embroidery before ironing or use a steam iron.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged or with any quality issues. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@adventurecrafted.com with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Product Disclaimers

Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just temporary from the printing process. Now that your product is out of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.

You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Fear not! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.

If you receive a product with a mark - please wash it before reporting a problem.

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@adventurecrafted.com with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you as soon as possible. 

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Because every product is made to order, we don't offer exchanges at this time. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, please check out our sizing charts before you place your order—we have one for every clothing item listed on our store, in the product description section.
